Receiving comments and contacting customers
The CommentBox service is ready-to-go. There is no integration and your technical team don't have to lift a finger. You don't have to install any new software or buy new hardware. If you want it to be, CommentBox can be up and running for your business in less than half an hour.
You only receive a customer's mobile number if they have stated they specifically want to be contacted. CommentBox lets customers express their opinion and they don't necessarily want to speak to someone about that opinion.
We'll give you free promotional material to display to your customers. If you want to create your own, we'll provide you with design templates and guidelines on what key information you need to include.
Privacy and security
If a customer has asked to be contacted about their feedback and their mobile number has been passed on to you, then CommentBox also stores their mobile number, to allow you to do that. If they have not asked to be contacted and their number hasn't been passed on to you, then CommentBox stores their number so that any future comments from the same customer can be linked. All numbers are stored on a 128-bit encrypted server and are never used for anything other than the above.
