The dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to the CommentBox online panel.
You'll instantly be able to see a snapshot of the feedback you've received, including how many comments you have that need 'labelling' (see next slide).

Every new comment that needs to be labelled is shown in a simple panel. You label it to show which part of your business it relates to. Then you can say whether the comment is positive, negative or neutral.
You can also flag the comment if it raises an issue that needs dealing with. And you can leave notes, if necessary.

Once a comment has been labelled and graded, it's stored for you forever. You can sort and view comments by date, label, rating or whether they've been flagged.
Your entire feedback history is available for you to access at any time.

You can run stats and reports on your feedback to show trends and patterns. These reports will show you what % of comments are positive or negative, per label and overall.
You'll be able to see peaks and troughs in the amount and nature of the feedback you receive, over time. Using this data, you'll quickly be able to identify outperforming areas or areas of concern that need work.

CommentBox automatically generates stylish activity reports about the feedback you have received, showing top line figures comparing the proportion of positive and negative feedback, overall and per department.
The reports can be easily shared with members of your team and are perfect for presentations, making your feedback data as accessible and usable as possible.
